Generally speaking its not as hard on "hard" there are moments and its exactly what I like currently. You have you central hub where you go ingo areas to fight enemies and bosses. Not the best comparison either but this has more in common with Dark Souls then with any Ubisoft game. And its one of the best looking games I have ever played, and its of course UE4 and performs incredibly good for how it looks. There is no grind AT ALL, the pacing is great and the hard difficulty is great and challenging, the mechanics and bosses are great. There is no "climb all towers", there is no open world with shit thrown at it, I just did a little bit of rot finding and I already am max rot level as I enter the 3rd and final area. How you compare this to a Ubisoft open world game shows you have no clue what you are talking about. You can choose what do to first but it does not really matter as its on a close in the same area. You are not send back into the same area, NOT EVEN ONCE!Īlso is is NOT an open world game as you basically are forced into areas and progress through them. There is no "being jerked around" AT ALL in this game. I am curious what kind of games you like and what is not "fetchy" for you.
